Dr Reyhan is a Fellow of the RACGP since 2014 with a background across Melbourne’s major hospitals. She provides comprehensive, patient-centred care in general family  medicine , children’s  and  women’s health, chronic disease and travel medicine.

She has a particular interest in supporting young families and values continuity of care across all stages of life. Dr Reyhan also works at Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital and is involved in teaching as a GP supervisor for registrars and medical students.

Welcoming new patient

Reyhan is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), awarded in 2015, after completing her medical degree in Iran in 2006 and her general practice training in Australia.

She has extensive experience across Melbourne’s leading hospitals, including Melbourne Health, Austin Hospital, Box Hill Hospital, Maroondah Hospital, and Angliss Hospital. She also works at Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital, where she provides ongoing care for patients undergoing rehabilitation and recovery.

Reyhan provides comprehensive, patient-centred care across all areas of general practice. Her clinical interests include family medicine, children’s and adolescent health, women’s health, chronic disease management, and travel medicine. She has a particular interest in supporting young families and values continuity of care across all stages of life.

In addition to her clinical work, Reyhan is actively involved in teaching as a GP supervisor for registrars and medical students, reflecting her commitment to high standards of care and ongoing medical education.

Reyhan has a young family and values building genuine, long-term relationships with her patients. She is committed to providing attentive, thoughtful care in a supportive and professional environment.

Fees charged by Dr Reyhan Panah

Dr Panah’s fees are guided by the AMA recommended rates. Aged Pensioners will be bulk billed. Other concession and Health Care Card holders will be charged a substantially discounted fee.

Patients who hold a DVA card are billed according to DVA Guidelines (see https://www.dva.gov.au/access-benefits/veteran-card). Visits by Gold card holders are almost always billed to DVA, while visits by White card holders can only be billed to DVA for eligible conditions.

Telehealth: consultations are charged at the same rate as face-to-face appointments (see fees above).

Missed Appointment fee:  Dr Panah may charge a fee if you miss your appointment, and do not cancel with at least four hours’ notice.

Additional service types and fees:
Full payment is charged at the time of the visit, leaving the following out-of-pocket GAP after Medicare reimbursement of the relevant item numbers.

Mirena Removal
Mirena removal requires a 30 minute appointment.

Travel consults
Travel to Africa and South America is booked as 30 minutes, while other destinations are booked as 15 minute appointments. This appointment must be booked through reception as a booking with the nurse is also required . All travel consultations attract the standard out of pocket GAP amount.
